"Nice place, maybe a little bit over priced. Their restaurant around the lac is the best on it. When you go there is for the place do not expect to have a shower working properly or internet on the top floor. They welcome you nicely however they don’t help you to climb the high stairs with your bag. Very helpful for renting the motorcycle."

"Michael's welcome was wonderful. He was the center of all our attention. The rooms were as we expected, the hotel is typical and has a lot of charm. Michael surprised us to celebrate our daughter's birthday and we had a great time in his restaurant. I recommend this very welcoming hotel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because we left early to visit the city, it is certainly possible to have one in a hotel nearby which Michael also owns."

"Besutiful old haveli which has been recently been restored. The place has masses of character and is well presented with extensive lush plants surrounding the pool. The views of the palace from the restaurant, especially at night, are breathtaking. Our room was large, well equipped and well presented. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet at night despite being in the heart of the old city. Staff were all keen to help and provided advice on where and how to visit in Bundi. The restaurant served a grest range of food, including good local dishes, cooked to our taste. We found the breakfast portions to be large so changed to having one fruit platter or toast between the 2 of us. All this with a great view across Bundi to the palace."

"Where to start! No welcome, no one speaks to you, if you like being ignored then this is definitely the place to come. How disappointing as on arrival I was impressed by the building in the midst of a very busy City. That is where the good stuff stops! The restaurant is leaderless, we walked in and nearly every table had not been cleared, whilst there was very few people dining it was very haphazard, I would not recommend visiting. Lucky the restaurant manager will try and help, but he needs coaching, training and support. The reception staff in the main hall are too busy on their mobile phones, to want to give any resemblance of Customer Service. Having asked in the morning to have the towels changed whilst we were out, it was necessary to return to the main desk 6 hours later to actually make this happen. The only place that has wi-fi in the whole building is the main lobby, so you will see lots of people trying to catch-up with emails etc. I cannot think of a positive thing to say about this Hotel, other than to recommend you do not use it, you have been warned!"
