We picked this hotel to spent my mothers’ birthday and it was the best choice. The hotel is nice enough, the food is superb (everything we had ordered either from lobby or room service was absolutely delicious) but the best thing about the hotel is its staff. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast crew was friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Especial thanks to the girls working in the lobby bar. We will be back in the summer for the outdoors pool! Thank you!

I liked the hotel. Clean, located in the city center next to the lake, has its own small territory. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, there is a kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee, bottled water, iron and ironing board, safe, shower amenities. The staff is responsive and ready to help.

We came here with the children for a day to relax in Borovoye. Starting from the reception, all the staff charged us with positivity😄. The room was quickly decorated, the children went to the children's club, where they enjoyed it in person, especially the master classes and dancing. Even though in Kazakhstan, you will not be able to get service in Kazakh language. A lot of people from Russia and I don’t really care where the tourists are coming from, it’s good. But these one are with war symbols Z. They can do whatever they want at home, promoting and supporting war, but in a different country be respectful. Don’t know what is the management guideline but looks like money talks. Lunch and dinner are $30, very average. Beach is clean, outdoor pool small.

Scrambled eggs without bacon should have a separate pan. When they prepared my scrambled eggs, they tasted like bacon, which was unacceptable to me. But in general, cooks are hard workers!
