"I had an incredible 5 day stay here and will definitely be coming back with my family. The beach was awesome and they have a really cool outdoor sauna right next to the lake, such a unique experience. Behind the hotel there's a huge outdoor playground that's perfectly shaded by beautiful trees, great for kids. The breakfast buffet was stellar, full of traditional Kazakh food alongside plenty of Western options and everything was absolutely delicious. The indoor pool area is amazing. They have two huge saunas, a Russian one and a Finnish one, plus a gigantic steam room they call a Hammam or Turkish bath. I could have spent all day there. As for the room, I got one with a lake view but honestly the trees block most of it so a room facing the street is just as good. I loved that the balcony had a clothes line, super handy for drying clothes. The room also had a small refrigerator which let me pick up some Kefir from a local shop and keep it cold. I'd never tried Kefir before, it was definitely unique. Overall a wonderful stay with great facilities, excellent food and thoughtful touches. Can't wait to return."

"We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. Beautiful and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Thank you for the evening with live music. What we didn't like was the cloudy water in the pool and the lack of access to walkways. Also, the cosmetics in jars are inconvenient, and the room inspection after check-out is a thing of the past... But none of this ruined our vacation. The staff was friendly. We highly recommend it."

"As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to order anything from the restaurant. This is a good 20-metre pool. Sauna, and massage service. Bike rental is free, as are the pedalos. No lift. We were on the 4th floor! Service is very good all round but not much English spoken. "
