Basically very satisfied, except that the water pressure in the shower is insufficient. It may be the same in the United States, and it was the same at the Hilton the night before.

It's not far from Universal Studios by car, about 20 minutes, and the hotels nearby are more expensive. But we arrived very early on the first day and went in at 8 o'clock, so we finished Harry Potter three times. Played with all kinds of things. Service is also good

The room is big, the environment is nice, the location is close to Universal Studios, the parking is free, but after staying for two nights, there is no housekeeping, a little disappointed!

As a whole the hotel is “fine,” however, some of the staff is highly racist and that is an uncomfortable and unnecessary experience when traveling with POC. We stayed for three days and one of the female staff was highly racist towards one of the gentleman we were traveling with, both when he was alone and in my presence. We won’t talk about the incompetence of the phone staff who were too lazy to help transfer when you were looking for a number when calling externally since that was so overshadow by the overt racist behavior of some of the staff.

Older but clean enough hotel conveniently located for my business trip, my room was nicely renovated but the rest of the hotel did show it's age. The elevator was incredibly slow to the point that i would usually just take the stairs.

Hotel was very nice and had everything I needed. The only thing i have an issue with is 22$ per night parking. Parking should be included in the price. It should not be an additional cost.

Definitely overpriced. Convenience accessibility to the airport is it's biggest asset.
We needed a pet friendly room and apparently all those are in the back of the property, the farthest away from the lobby and bistro as possible. WiFi was terribly weak. Room was ok, shower head was terrible. TV was terrible. Remote for TV volume didn't work, called front desk and they brought another one. Volume control still did not work properly. TV was intermittent, stopped working then came back on at random. Channel choices were pretty limited. Have no idea if there was an ice machine or where it was. No site map or hotel info in the room other than the flyer for the overpriced bistro.
For the price I expected more.

I cant not believe they charge for parking - it is in a MASSIVE parking lot / shopping center so its just a way for this hotel to charge guests more which is disappointing. Other then that its a great hotel
