"The service was fine. We had a problem with water on the floor, but a person was promptly sent to clean it up and we were given keys to move to a different room. The free breakfasts listed in the description were non-existant. If you can't produce them they should be taken out of the description."

"An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked."

"Great location! Only 5-10mins distance to varies restaurants and choices, and a shopping mall. So convenient! Hotel is not fancy but good enough to have everything you need. Price is reasonable as well. Family friendly. Front desk staff is also very helpful recommending places we could go. If you aren't driving, Uber is easy as well. TV has HBO channels and cartoons for kids. I can't ask for more"

"The room is comfortable. Only unfortunate that we can hear people walking above us. The location is nice, not too crowded with tourists and close to Burbank downtown area. The staff are helpful in providing us like eating utensils for bbq and take out dinner at the room.."

"Take the child no problem! Parking is free, the back side of the hotel can be parked, and there are up to 5 cars in the yard. Very comfortable, there is free breakfast, it is bread coffee! This is the case in the United States. Going to Universal Studios is not close! Bus at the door 25 meters, about 3.4 stops, 1 dollar per person, very cheap. I am going by car, come back, go back far, probably we push the child to navigate back 50 minutes, but the scenery is very good !"

"Great location for the nearby universal studios. I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving. Other than that, it was a fine hotel."

"Objective and practical evaluation: The location is good, opposite the supermarket. The breakfast is relatively simple. After two days, I lose my appetite. Friends who have gone abroad have noticed that American hotels rarely provide slippers. This hotel is more formal and has better service than the one I stayed in for five days. Standard, more popular, Mr. Scott at the front desk is very warm and friendly!"

"The new manager Robert is great. Looks like they’re getting more staff and so far they’ve been great. Used to have a big issue with one of the girls but I’m glad there are other employees now "
