Nice area and nice front desk but filled with cockroaches you can see them all night throughout the whole room

Everything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.

Could be cleaner but for the price the location is great. Walking distance from food and shopping. Highlight of the trip was being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and answered answered all the questions I threw at her. Even recommended great dining options. She had an amazing energy when I checked in and even when I checked out. She has great enthusiasm for her work and the pride she puts into her job is commendable. I don’t leave reviews often but she was worth taking this time to make my comments. I would exclusively stay at all Extended stay hotels if she was the standard of how employees are trained. Amazing experience thanks to Jennifer!

*NOT RECOMMENDED - BUYER BEWARE* The facility appears rundown and outdated, with a lobby that hasn't seen renovation in over 20 years. Despite advertising breakfast, only coffee service is provided. Overall, the facility seems old and neglected. I would recommend avoiding it unless you don't mind subpar accommodations. The photos displayed are old and are not accurate. We had small children and we went across the street to the Marriott instead, even paid 2x.

This is my second time coming here and I don’t have a pleasant experience because I got second floor and I arrived to my room and I was getting situated into my room and I sit down on the chair that they have in the room and the next thing you know I have a cockroach walking on my pants I drop the bug off my pants and kill it and I walks to my bathroom and I see theirs more bugs in the tub and I go downstairs to the counter and I told the person in front that I have found bugs in my room and he seriously apologize and he said there was two options that I can get a refund or I can get moved up to third floor and I said I rather go to third floor and he moved me to third floor and another customer told me her room was filled with cockroaches in her room and I said oh ok last time I came I was put in the same floor but different room and that room was clean. I just recommended check your room before you get situated

The carpet was very dirty. There was no ironing board but there was an iron. There were no bath towels we had to ask and pick them up at the front desk. The sheets were ery worn and the pillows were hard/worn out. There was no hair dryer in the room had to request one and pick up at the front desk. The heater unit was extremely loud. There was no housekeeping provided daily. We would not stay there again.

Roxanna was absolutely amazing! She is simply the best!!! She was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. In addition Cam provided good assistance as well. Both Roxanna and Cam are definitely phenomenal employees which made me feel welcomed.
