The hotel just reopened on July 1st, everything is new and the staff is very friendly. The sea view room is wonderful and also good cleanliness is very important. The food is not so varied, but of good quality, so a good experience for Bulgaria. We hope all the same in the years to come.

Very well located hotel, overlooking the sea, in a beach style, with minimalist rooms. The caveats are the fact that there are no sockets next to the beds and the mandatory half board. There are many excellent restaurant options there and being forced to dine at the hotel is not the best option: despite the good food, little seafood and very poor and slow service in the restaurant. Oh, when you were returning from the beach, around 3pm, when you want to take a shower, they were cleaning up the rooms.

On the description,
they wrote that they have free parking lot, but instead I was surprised to see they only had 5 parking slots and they were all filled. I looked for a place to park my car for about 2 hours when all the 24 hour parking lots were closed and I couldn't get in any because they were full too. I ended up parking in a place that was a 25 minute walk away from the hotel. The room isn't that great either. The walls have cracks in them and the ventilation looked like a complete mess. In my opinion this is not a hotel worth staying in.

I give them only 3stars, this hotel is so farfrom 4 stars hotels.
In the summer forgot about parkong place, has reserved for staff, for security gourds of boss, but not for client of the hotel.
Sozopol is very famous and special old town, but with this hotels services...

The breakfast was from previous week probably! They took about 15 euros for our chihuahuas but I don’t understand for what... cause there was nothing prepared not even a coup for water we had ours
After all the COVID crisis is for all its not good to bare our skin
I will not return there!

Gym was advertised however they don't have it, don't provide any partial refund. Room had a smell of sigarets, not worth the money

The hotel manager (Yuri) and his staff we excellent.. the view and location can't be beat.. we will stay again!
