房間設施基本沒問題。幾個小缺陷能改進更好：淋浴房地面鋪的大石板不很穩固，踩上去像蹺蹺板。沒有衣架和晾衣服架子，出門在外，每天還是要換洗衣服的。前台服務熱情周到，特別值得肯定。房間也十分乾淨整潔，住起來很舒適。

Dia de calor en Burgos, 30 grados.Habitación sin aire acondicionado, obligado abrir las ventanas, calle ruidosa no, lo siguiente, dos bares justo enfrente. Imposible descansar. Busquen otras opciones para su estancia en Burgos. No vale la pena

Los dos recepcionistas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y atentos. La habitación limpia, acogedora y silenciosa. La ubicación excelente en zona céntrica. Sin duda volveremos en cuanto tengamos oportunidad. Gracias por hacernos tan agradable la estancia.

Terrible! Muy pequeño espacio ni para poner las maletas. Huele a humedad. Las cortinas desprendiéndose y no cierran por completo. Por 2 noches tuvimos un aire acondicionado portátil el cual al 2o. día nos lo quitaron, al preguntar el motivo la respuesta fue “porque no se necesita “!! Las fotografías de la publicidad son engañosas!!

Estuvimos en la habitacíon con techo abuhardillado lo cuál la hacía pequeña, sólo teníamos la ventana del techo, pero para una noche de paso sin problemas. La localización es perfecta para ir andando a visitar la ciudad. Lo peor fue que por la noche se oía a la gente que estaba en la calle (me imagino que de algún bar).

La ubicación es muy buena ya que está en el centro. La habitación que nos tocó muy pequeña: armario diminuto y sin apenas espacio para dejar una maleta grande.
