This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat.

The room is small, very clean, the 4th floor, the outside view is good, the service and in place, including breakfast, very close to the city center, travel is very convenient, the room is tight on weekends, no renewal

The hotel is modern, without pretensions. Good: large parking in the same building at an acceptable value; good breakfast of good quality but little variety. bad: the standard room is narrow with a comfortable double bed for two people. It is not so well located. At the time of going to the historic center, they are about 800m where there is nothing intermediate. For example restaurants. You have to walk to the center to dine with the resulting winter climate disorder

We arrived here on a tour. One lift to get about 40 people to their rooms. Ended up carrying my suitcase three flights instead of waiting. The room was clean and cosy, large single beds and very quiet. USB plugs in the power points beside the bed were an added bonus. The Bathroom VERY small but the water pressure for the shower was fantastic! Very close to the Cathedral, approx 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. My only gripe was that the bar opened at 8.30pm and I was looking for my nightly G&T at 6pm! Breakfast area way too crowded. The toaster takes an age to cook. One coffee machine for such large numbers is too little. Breakfast satisfactory but nothing startling. Would recommend.

Contrary to the TripAdvisor entry the hotel is open! Great location opposite the cathedral. Wonderful staff. We arrived at 02.30 due to a delayed ferry but were greeted by a very helpful receptionist. Our room, 304, had a great view of the cathedral. Parking is expensive at 18 Euros a day but very convenient and vital in a congested town. The room at 76 euros including breakfast was good. Breakfast was generous with lots f choice. Only complaint was open window, a covid requirement apparently, in breakfast room made it chilly.

My name is Jordi A. and I have enjoyed this terrific hotel for 4 days. If you have decided to visit Burgos I heartly recommend you this hotel. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional and I don´t forget the waiters and waitresses that say a sweet good morning when you enter to the breakfast room. They behaved very well with me and one them offered me very friendly a cup of chocolate with ” churros ”. The room was perfect, neither big nor small. The bed was big and comfortable and there wasn´t a noise that could disturb my sweet dreams. I don´t know if I will come back to Burgos but if I go I will pretty sure choose NH Collection Palacio de Burgos again. I wanted to write this review in Catalan, my mother tongue language, but I have seen that it is impossible with Trip Advisor so I have decide to write it in English.

Ines and Jenny at the front desk handled multiple issues and requests with a high-level of professionalism and courtesy. Articulate and efficient, they merit special mention as well as the very kind young man who checked me in. El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la catedral, como a 5 minutos. Dispone de parking (de pago). En recepción todo perfecto, gran atención. Las habitaciones bien, pero necesitarían una pequeña actualización, las cortinas estaban un poco regular, y tiene moqueta en todo el suelo que no es muy higiénica. El baño amplio y bien servido, con bañera en vez de ducha. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la piscina climatizada, estando dentro vimos fuera que estaba nevando y no pasamos nada de frío, ¡¡es muy recomendable!! Tiene también un pequeño gimnasio y saunas. Te cobran un euro por la toalla para la piscina, pero merece la pena. El precio es medio y por los servicios, calidad, atención y situación, sin duda lo recomiendo.
