Hotel Jacobeo

We enjoy our stays at this small inexpensive hotel right on the Camino as you enter the old section of Burgos. It’s only a few steps from the entry arch. There are many bars, shops, and restaurants in the near vicinity. The walk to the Cathedral is only a few hundred feet out the front door and to the left. The rooms are functional and have an en suite bathroom. Each room also has a tv for your use if you wish. It’s always fun to try to figure out how to get your native language on programs you might wish to watch. There is a nice breakfast available for anyone who desires it. The owner and his staff have been very helpful to us each of the last four years we have stayed here. I’m sure that we will be here again next year on our sixth Camino.
Hotel Bulevar Burgos

The hotel is modern, without pretensions. Good: large parking in the same building at an acceptable value; good breakfast of good quality but little variety. bad: the standard room is narrow with a comfortable double bed for two people. It is not so well located. At the time of going to the historic center, they are about 800m where there is nothing intermediate. For example restaurants. You have to walk to the center to dine with the resulting winter climate disorder

Ines and Jenny at the front desk handled multiple issues and requests with a high-level of professionalism and courtesy. Articulate and efficient, they merit special mention as well as the very kind young man who checked me in. These exceptional professionals are the reason I am rating this hotel a 5 out of 5. -John Stubbs, Rm 111, Apr 13-15
Hotel Cuentame la Puebla

¿Quieren que cuente? Pues cuento.

My name is Jordi A. and I have enjoyed this terrific hotel for 4 days. If you have decided to visit Burgos I heartly recommend you this hotel. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional and I don´t forget the waiters and waitresses that say a sweet good morning when you enter to the breakfast room. They behaved very well with me and one them offered me very friendly a cup of chocolate with ” churros ”. The room was perfect, neither big nor small. The bed was big and comfortable and there wasn´t a noise that could disturb my sweet dreams. I don´t know if I will come back to Burgos but if I go I will pretty sure choose NH Collection Palacio de Burgos again. I wanted to write this review in Catalan, my mother tongue language, but I have seen that it is impossible with Trip Advisor so I have decide to write it in English.
Hotel Centro Los Braseros

From the outside this hotel looks like nothing out of ordinary after all it is also a cafeteria the locals too. However, inside the hotel reception area is a little quirky. Only one very helpful lady on duty on our arrival who quickly got us checked in. The room itself was a nice surprise as it was quite modern, had soundproofed walls ( a rarity in Spain! ) and was clean and well equipped with a flat screen tv, bath and separate shower, heated towel rail and a hairdryer. The room was also centrally air-conditioned and also had central heating. Breakfast was typical Spanish fare / continental and with just one member of staff juggling four or five customers at a time, he did an excellent job. This hotel isn't far from the motorway but I felt it was a little difficult to find even with my sat nav! Paid parking is available but I was lucky enough to find a free parking spot outside the main entrance to the establishment. Overall this hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it.
