They don't change the towels, they don't clean the room, and there's no body soap, so there are a lot of disappointing points.
There was a balcony, but it was locked and I couldn't open the window.
Moreover, the front desk closed too early.
I can't even complain ๐ฆ

The reception contact (John) was awkward and rude.
He raved on saying Trip.com will NEVER get their business again beacause I booked on your App & he couldn't believe the deal along with other rubbish... I wouldnt have him representing any business let alone dealing with people!!!!

Reasonably priced for my overnight stay. Very comfortable & clean & within easy walking distance to many locations around Burleigh etc.

Room was tidy and clean, aircon was on so nice and cool.........microwave, two bowls, two small plates, no cutlery. Two ply loo paper. No tissues. Water seeps under shower panel so floor saturated after one shower. Very dark lighting in bathroom and main room, worst part...soap container in shower and sink both empty (usually carry own but only two days so didn't). Told manager who said he would get wet towels (due to soaking up water) changed and soap filled. Towels changed only. Second night like first one, had to shower using shampoo. Noise also from highway. $462 for two nights.
