"They don't change the towels, they don't clean the room, and there's no body soap, so there are a lot of disappointing points. There was a balcony, but it was locked and I couldn't open the window. Moreover, the front desk closed too early. I can't even complain 💦"

"Had the best stay cay with my daughters for my 30th The motel itself is tiny, clean, and quiet the pool space was a hit with my girls Room was spacious only issue we had was the floors were a little sticky/dirty needed a good mop ! The supply of beach/pool towels would have been nice to ! Otherwise a great stay :)"

"Don’t stay here, save yourself the grief and money! Management has just charged us $220 in cleaning fees for stains on the dining chairs that we did not make! As it was a short three night holiday and I wanted a break from cooking, I explained that we ate out for all meals (apart from some snacks that the children ate in the living room) and hence did not use at the dining table and chairs. Management stated that we should have reported the stains however I reiterated that I did not sight the stains as we did not use the area. Management did not care to hear us out and accused us of lying, they were determined to charge us $220. It is infuriating that they can do what they want and we have no recourse in the matter! They charged us and sent us an email to advise of the fact and did not bother to call to discuss the matter. In general, our stay was disappointing. The apartment block is dated and worn and poorly maintained. The shower screens in the bathroom leaked water everywhere and were a complete falls hazzard. Management were passive aggressive when I discussed this matter and could not address the situation as the owner was overseas. The hot water was also insufficient, my husband and I had cold showers for two nights! The views are lovely, which they obviously rely on as the apartment block itself and the service was severely lacking! We will never stay here again!"
