Hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. We had a pet friendly room which was great. Breakfast was included but choices were limited , All the staff except the front desk lady on Sunday evening were very nice, this lady had POOR customer service skills.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself is in sad need of repair which I understand will begin in late 2023. The rooms are old, we had two rooms both with broken doors to the bedroom area, torn carpet, cracked tiles, banged up furniture and the list goes on. The guest rooms are horrible designed- there is no AC supply in the main bedroom. Not sure how the hotel got away with that design. AC will cool the main area only with no air flow to the sleeping area. The pool is nice but only open until 8pm which is odd. The fitness center is adequate. Would not stay again until after renovations are complete. I am sure this review will be deleted when that happens. For now, we will look elsewhere when in the area.
FfastcairnFour dogs barking at all hours both nights, Management’s attitude was “too bad”. I travel with my show dogs so I guess they figured putting me next door to the barking dogs who belong to employees residing at the hotel was OK. It was not.
GGuest UserStaff was very polite and helpful. She was so overwhelming at check in because so many people seem to come in at once but she kept it all together and was very professional. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Kids were a little disappointed because the pool had no water in it for them to go swimming. The room was really nice and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserSonesta Suites Mt Laurel is an excellent hotel, especially for people with disabilities. The rooms have kitchenettes with full fridge. microwave and stove top, plus the utensils and equipment needed to cook a meal. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean; no complaints at all on that score. The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me due to my disability. I would definitely stay there again.
The service here is nice and Elizabeth is very helpful and respectful, she holds this place to high standards and the staff are just the same great place to stay overall. If you’re looking for a place with someone friendly and good at their job like Elizabeth with incredible staff come here. ~ Mr.James
FFlyer44356207720Honestly amazed at how nice & on top the staff were here. Very polite and outgoing! Would love to stay again! Only thing missing I would say is breakfast in bed! I love to be spoiled. They cleaned every day from what I saw and never let a mess *if there was one* stink up or sticky up the floor/hallway. Carpet was clean as well!! Which is something I rarely see some places.
IiAmAlliCatDecent accommodations. The housekeeping team is really thorough and very polite and helpful. Front desk staff is decent to those who act decent toward them. Lots of upset customers when I’m traveling through so I can see why the staff may be unengaged. Having a Smoking room shouldn’t mean cigarette-burned comforter. Breakfast that’s advertised isn’t true. They only serve 6 oz cups of coffee and that even stops around 9. Steer clear of room 118, long term guests with loads of drama...EVERY EVENING. If you need utensils, don’t bother being polite and asking the restaurant that’s ten steps away from the hotel. You’ll get lectured on how “people” do this often, and how sick they are of it....I just offered to PURCHASE a plastic spoon. I didn’t sign up for a lecture. I had also patronized both parts of the restaurant since being a guest, but the rude manager that came out from the back to ask what I wanted wasn’t aware - nor did I think he cared. Bottom line- there is a Walmart and other restaurants up the road; as well as other hotels. Pick one.
GGuest UserRan into this place while searching for hotels close to Philly but affordable and in a decent area. Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. The big plus is they have a kitchen with a large fridge. Needed that! Saved so much money from having to eat out for every single meal. Will definitely return here every time I’m working in the area.
LlatbaumIts not the nicest hotel, but it's definitely not as bad as some of the other reviewers describe. We had a fire at our home which ended up causing more damage than initially expected, so my family has frequented almost all the hotels in the area. During my experience the woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. And the room it's self was not bad at all. We had stayed at another hotel right down the street which has much better reviews, but we had to change rooms twice during our stay because of the horrible ant problem! If there is any rif raf at night it was me, because with 3 children I tend to get more done (like laundry- they had a nice room right on site) while they're asleep. However, I didn't see anyone else at all outside. That same other hotel with better reviews had a party going on in the parking lot every night. I felt comfortable with my kids being there during this tough time and overall we had a good experience. Hopefully it would be under better circumstances, but if we ever needed a hotel in the area again, this place would be our first option.
Traveling on NJTurnpike, no hotels take pets at exit 3, so here we are. Bed comfy, that's the good. The bad, woman screaming in parking lot ”f this and that”, really fighting with someone to the point I was about to call desk, then a big white van screamed out of the lot and she must have been in it. Because screaming stopped. Dirty towels and rubber gloves on the ground in front of room upon arrival. Big laundry bin sitting on the sidewalk. There was lots of smoke smell in my non-smoking room, and at around 2 am there was a car running outside my window for about 15 minutes around 3ish. Beer bottle left behind and smoke smell starts wafting into room. Cars beeping as people check their locks. Front desk girl in the evening, hmm, I was trying so hard to be extra nice because she seemed so unhappy, but after the commotion, it's no wonder she is not happy working there. The room seemed clean but lots of just oldness. Bathroom, nice new tub and sink, but don't look up or you'll see the mold on the ceiling. This place is just not being kept up, and I am sure that some of it is due to lack of help, but have some respect for your outside property. It looks nothing like your pictures. It seems most rooms were full when we left, so spend some of the money you're making. I expected better, even off the pike.
