Broad Leaf Villas

Definately NOT worth the money. Should be fully serviced for this price. There were old stains on the kitchen bench which would be easy enough to remove. I wash my hair twice a week and do not appreciate being asked NOT to wash my hair. Having to share our unit with a huntsman spider was not on our agenda.

Our stay here was very disappointing and not up to our expectations. The Villa was quite dark and dingy and had very basic amenities. eg the complimentary coffee was in a tiny take away sauce container and there were no condiments (shampoo, moisturiser etc) in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap as they had forgotten it. There was no couch in the living area; only two straight backed armchairs, so it was not at all comfortable when watching TV or reading a book. The villa had a tiny balcony which looked straight into dense forest-so no view whatsoever (not even of the gardens). We felt as if we were still in suburbia back home, not on a beautiful island. We stayed there only the one night and then sourced beautiful accommodation at the Islander Resort, which had the best views on Norfolk and which was much more what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our visit. If planning to visit Norfolk Island, we would not recommend accomodation at Broadleaf Villas, unless you are happy to accept a fairly basic standard.

Well appointed and comfortable. My only criticism is that on 3 occasions I tried to contact the manager on minor matters but his phone was switched off.

Lovely clean convenient place to stay with everything you need. This is located in a good part of town that has easy access to restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. There is no electric oven but the unit had gas cooking hotplates and a Weber barbeque. There is a washing machine for use for laundry facilities.

From the moment that we arrived at Broad leaf to the day we left the villa, we felt we had come home. We began by being welcomed by the manager, left a mobile phone that worked on the island, with her emergency contact number, a torch in case of power cuts a small radio, an umbrella. All these little things grow into completing perfect holiday accommodation. The villa was spotlessly clean and easy to relax in, cook and just sit on the deck overlooking the garden. We will return!

Wonderful stay here at Broadleaf Villas. Super comfy soft bed. A functional kitchen with microwave and a good fridge freezer. Plenty of hot water and modern bathroom. Easy designated car parking for your hire car. Jo Jo makes booking easy and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely highly recommend and revisit

no contact when arrived,promised phone never got one,midweek clean never happened,manager uncatactable,cockcroachs in kitchen and bed. not enough fly screens,had to stay extra two nights because off weather stayed at paridise fantastic place,wes offered $25 coles voucher as compencation for what would have cost us $250-$300 expenseses,10 months later still no prper appolagee or voucher. stay somewhere else.

We stayed here for 5 days in February. We had originally planned to stay for 2 days, but then decided on a longer stay and required 3 extra days at the start of our trip. JoJo kindly obliged, and was able to include a car with our stay for the full 5 days. When we needed the car for a few hours longer at the end of our stay she helped us with that too. The accomodation itself was nice and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet and private with a balcony that overlooked beautiful tropical gardens. It was great having a laundry to use.

On arrival to this beautiful retreat, we were cheerfully met by Jo Jo. She gave us all the info on our accommodation ( + laundry facility) and Island info. Handed us a free mobile phone for the length of our stay - leaving her contact number if we had any problems. Amazing! Our villa was very clean, spacious & well maintained. Great location, walking distance to restaurants & village shops. Also, a lovely walk down to Kingston and Emily Beach. However, still quiet, private & tranquil - an idyllic place to stay for our wedding anniversary.
