Clean and good service attitude

Good hygiene, good service, and good environment

This villa makes me feel far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It makes me feel very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The service was very good. My friend and I arrived late and it was raining. The resort specially arranged a car to pick us up. It has its own restaurant, the food is reasonably priced and tastes good. Will continue to stay next time.

I stayed in a hammock room. The bed was super big. It's no exaggeration to say that four people can lie down. The mattress was moderately hard and soft. There were four pillows of different thicknesses. The quilt was very, very big and feathery. It didn't press on the body and was very comfortable. Every day, the staff came to clean the room, make the bed, and replace the daily necessities. Sometimes when the mineral water ran out, they asked for it temporarily, and they gave it to us very quickly. The room had floor heating and a clothes drying rack, which was very convenient for changing clothes.

It was really a surprise. I have been to Kanas twice. This one is at the entrance service area. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The decoration is also very artistic! Very satisfied

The manager was very nice. He helped us upgrade the room and carried our luggage. He also steamed egg custard for the baby at night. He was very considerate. The hotel is very recommended.
