"The best part of the stay was the service of the staff. They helped us with our luggage, fixed the washing machine once we reported it wasn’t working, helped us boil hot water to throw in the air. That was the saving grace of the hotel. The bad part of the stay was the room view wasn’t great, you look out of the window and you see other wooden cabins, so not much of the mountain and the room is quite small. The breakfast option was terrible as you have to walk to a nearby restaurant for food and they only give you one option of tomato egg noodles and that was it. They said because it is winter so there is no option. For the amount you pay for the hotel, the room and poor option for breakfast is really not value for money. Not sure why the reviews are great for this hotel."

"During my trip to Kanas, Manyunjian Homestay wasn't just a place to sleep; it became the most cherished memory anchor of this Northern Xinjiang journey. From the moment we drove into the scenic area and saw the homestay's rustic wooden buildings nestled at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, I knew our choice hadn't disappointed. This homestay, tucked away at 15 Kanas Road, is perfectly situated next to the transfer center, bordering the bustling old village and right by the park entrance. Kanas Lake is just a 15-minute walk away, flawlessly solving the transportation challenges within the scenic area. Upon check-in, the staff's warmth immediately melted away our travel fatigue. They had sent detailed route guidance a day in advance, reminding us to pack warm clothes, and as soon as they saw us with our heavy luggage, they promptly stepped forward to assist. The smiling Kazakh young man at the front desk spoke fluent Mandarin, introducing the homestay's facilities and even proactively sharing off-the-beaten-path hiking routes to avoid crowds, even telling us which shepherd's horses were gentle – the details were filled with genuine sincerity. Opening the room door revealed an even greater surprise. The entire space, decorated in a Nordic minimalist wooden style, had a smart voice system that, with a simple command, brightened the lights and opened the curtains. Outside, a misty river valley unfolded, with cloud-like fog drifting among the pine trees, as if one could reach out and touch it. The room's facilities far exceeded expectations; the soft mattress relieved all weariness, and the underfloor heating kept the whole room cozy, even melting the snow from our luggage into droplets. Dining was an unexpected delight. Breakfast was an open buffet, with freshly baked naan bread exuding a wheaty aroma, and rich yet not greasy milk tea. The potatoes in the 'big plate chicken' had absorbed all the flavorful sauce, and the chef mentioned that all ingredients were sourced fresh from the market down the mountain that same day. After the meal, we relaxed in the homestay's cafe. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, stars gradually appeared, and the bartender's fruity special drinks were delightfully sweet and refreshing. The occasional soft laughter from other guests made the atmosphere especially pleasant. The warmth of the service was the most touching. One day, after returning from a hike drenched in snow, I casually mentioned having a sore throat, and Manager Tian immediately brought cold medicine and hot ginger tea. My companion's charger was left in the scenic area, and a young man from the front desk rode his motorcycle to retrieve it. The viewing platform behind the homestay offered an excellent vista, and the staff even thoughtfully provided a tripod, teaching us how to capture stunning photos of the starry sky and snow-capped mountains together. These small acts of care made the foreign nights exceptionally warm. On the morning of our departure, we strolled along the wooden boardwalk in the homestay's backyard, watching the morning sun gild the snow-capped peaks and the smoke curling from the old village's chimneys. While packing, we noticed that the sheets and duvet covers had been replaced with clean ones, and even our casually placed scarves were neatly folded. Beyond the magnificent scenery of Kanas, Manyunjian infused warmth into our journey through its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, and sincere service. There was no sense of detachment found in hotels, but rather comfort and thoughtfulness that far exceeded expectations. If I ever return to Northern Xinjiang, I will certainly come back to this homestay beneath the snow-capped mountains for a reunion with stars and warmth."

"At first glance, it seemed fine, but the hotel lacked attention to detail. There were very few staff at the front desk, and some rooms were still under renovation. The breakfast selection was acceptable, but the room cleanliness was really so-so. When we checked in, there were instant noodles on the floor, probably because the renovations had just finished. We asked the front desk to bring us a bathtub, and it took them over twenty minutes to deliver it. There were no robots available."

"The hotel is right by the Hemu River, offering fantastic scenery! It's perfect for interacting with nature; I loved how the cabins are nestled among the trees and the river. I'll definitely come back next time. The guesthouse also has two smart and adorable puppies and two kittens. The room was clean and had heating, which was great for chilly nights. There's a washing machine with a dryer function, which is super convenient. We received a generous afternoon fruit platter with cake and fruit, and there was even a white fungus soup in the evening. The service and breakfast were also excellent. We had a substantial breakfast at 10 AM, enough to keep us going until dinner. It's also very close to the food street and the observation deck, which is very convenient."

After searching for accommodations in Burqin for a long time, I stumbled upon the Golden Nalan Hotel. 1️⃣Room: Very clean overall, and the quilt and pillows were very comfortable, a bit like Atour. 2️⃣Features: The curtains, lights, TV, and everything else all have smart controls, which is very convenient. 3️⃣Quietness: Although our room faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent, making it a very quiet place to sleep at night—perfect for road trippers! 4️⃣Laundry: They had four washer-dryers, complete with laundry detergent, which was great. 5️⃣Breakfast: While the options weren't extensive, they were more than adequate. 6️⃣Reception: I highly recommend the front desk lady! The service was excellent, and any questions were addressed promptly. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Burqin again. 👍🏻"

"This is our second year skiing in Genting, and we decided to try the newly opened Conrad Hotel, booking two nights. A special thanks to Li Kexin for her incredibly attentive service and care from the beginning to the end of our trip. She even helped us get a room upgrade, providing a more comfortable environment and experience for my family and me. Other staff members we encountered, such as those at the Executive Lounge, Chinese restaurant, pool, and ski rental shop, were all warm and friendly. This was a significant improvement compared to our experience last year here. The hardware facilities also surpassed other local hotels. It's just across the road from the West Grand Hall, and there's a shuttle service to the East Grand Hall. The food at both restaurants and the Executive Lounge suited everyone's taste. We're already looking forward to coming back next year and staying a few extra days!"

Just for this breakfast alone, I'd choose this hotel again next time I'm in Burqin!"
