Service: The Kazakh lady at the front desk informed in advance that there was a half-floor renovation behind the elevator room and she needed to walk. She would help with luggage. Also, Jia Yudeng’s water quality was originally yellow and she would provide plenty of mineral water for drinking. She also gave a gentle reminder that washing was not allowed. Clothes haha. It feels quite considerate, and I can feel the store's efforts and intentions despite the limited conditions. Hygiene: The tatami in the double bed room is very friendly to families. Children can jump up and down and watch TV. The room is very clean, and you can also drink white tea provided by the hotel. It would be perfect if you add a pair of children's slippers. 喀納斯景區房間實在訂不到，找了賈登峪的氈房。也算是特色體驗。廁所是公用的，晚上沒有電，取暖全靠房東生爐子。這些問題在景區一房難求的時候可以克服。但是有幾點建議房東改進，一是氈房的門太破，晚上漏風，二是供電問題，早晚都停電，我們問老闆說是整個氈房區都停電，但是別家氈房都有燈，這就有點過分了。三是氈房的廁所，門上一個大洞，還沒有鎖，實在簡陋。
