老闆娘真的很好，去之前就電話給我們提醒我們買票，去的時候遇到封山，老闆娘一直主動聯繫報實況，很有耐心❤️房間比較小到禾木老村大多數是這樣，主要乾淨衞生還能在房間內看到美景

下暴雪景區要求所有民宿老闆通知遊客會封山並給要走的遊客退全額房費 我們全程沒接到他的任何通知 自己瞭解到會封山打電話問老闆 勸我們説不會封山 封山也不會封路 説要走的話當天的房間費全扣 房間很小 環境很差 木頭有發黴 據我所知發黴的房間是不能住人的 也沒什麼風景可言 還2400一天 沒有任何服務 雙床房（一大床一小床）住三個人給兩雙拖鞋 問多要一雙不給 讓三個人換着穿 不敢相信她怎麼敢賣2000多 擦亮眼睛大家

來禾木兩次住的都是這家 位置好交通方便 周圍吃飯的多 房間裝修很有感覺 拍照好看 老闆也很好 趕上元宵節還給我們送了元宵

**直播間看到的 加了微信想諮詢沒通過 然後打電話諮詢了 我説我**加微信了通過下 然後店家不讓説 我説ok 那我攜程直接下單 後面通過微信了 想確定下是不是百分百一樣的房間 畢竟禾木的小房間3500不算便宜 就想確認下 加了微信非讓我走線下 態度還不好 真的太讓人生氣了 還一個勁賴我説什麼攜程扣分？什麼鬼 現在消費者都沒有權利選擇下單途徑了？問什麼也是愛答不理的 就這服務態度 做什麼服務行業 真的搞得很下頭 你禾木物價貴 你配套不得跟着？還有這衞生 隨意拍的幾張 浴缸裏滴的
都是啥 噁心死了 還有搖椅 沙發 不打理嗎？多臟 避雷 這房間是真的不值3500 大家謹慎選擇
