We loved this hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. They also read your room preferences before assigning the room. Very rare for hotels to do this. The location is central and, best of all the staff was great!! They always had time to help us figure out things. Special thanks to Salim at the front desk who helped us with bus and train reservations. We also want to thank Hasan who also works there and gives excellent advice on where to eat. We enjoyed talking with him.

Otelin konumu kent meydanının biraz arka sokaklarında ama araba ile heryere yakın. Hatta isterseniz kapalıçarşı vs 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin temizliğini iyi bulduk, kahvaltısıda yeterli hatta çeşitliydi. Maske konusunda uyarı yapılmadığına dair yorumlar okumuştum ama restoranda yemek alma alanı için uyarı yapıldığını gördüm. Fakat açık büfe olduğu için bir poşet eldiven takmak zorunlu olsa çok daha içimiz rahat ederdi. Sonuçta kaşık maşa vs birsürü elden geçiyor. Odada bir su ısıtıcı 2şer tane kahve çay ve su ikram edilmiş. Minibar ücretli çikolatalı gofret 7 lira :)

İlk olarak personel güler yüzlü fakat yatakları sağlam değildi oturmamızla birlikte kırıldı. Banyo ve odalar kirliydi duş bile alamadık. Çıkışta kullanmadığımızda halde minibardan bazı şeylerin eksik olduğunu söyleyip parasını aldılar.

Hotel better than expected or shown in pictures. Breakfast is great. service is very friendly. Staff were very helpful both day and night shift, especially ANA and another night shift lady whom i did not get her name. thanks to all!

There is a security problem with this hotel! STAY AWAY!!
We arrived at night and went to our room locked it. A bit after we went to bed we heard someone open the door and enter our room! we were both shocked and ran to the door and force closed it!! someone was yelling that this is my room. When I went to the reception the attender with a laughing face said that some one who was staying in the room the night before had forgotten to hand-in their key and returned to the room with out talking to the reception!!
Funnily, even though we had locked the door with a lock, it was still possible to unlock it from outside with a normal card!
I asked for a new room, the second one was smelling smoke! They gave us yet another room, and after 20 mins another person entered our room. This was the moment I got very angry and went to the reception. Somehow the original receptionist had disappeared and the new guy said he was sorry for what happened but he could not do much!! We left immediately!
Funny is that I called ********** and asked them to handle the case. They tried to contact the staff at the hotel, but the receptionist did not speak a word of English. Now after 5 days, I received an email from ********** that they are unable to communicate with the hotel, and so they cannot refund my booking fee!! ********** has asked me to contact the hotel and ask them to confirm cancellation!!!

İnternette olumsuz bir yorum okuduktan sonra ciddi tereddüt ile rezervasyon yaptırdık; ama yazıldığı gibi asla odalar sigara kokmuyordu, tam tersine çok temiz bir aile odasında konakladık. Her şey pırıl pırıldı, sadece havlular çok çamaşır suyu kokuyordu. Kahvaltıyı biraz yetersiz buldum ama her şey lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Aileniz için gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otelde kaçıncı konaklamam bilmiyorum bu sefer de rahat bir konaklama yaşadım genel olarak, otel kent meydanı tarafında ara sokakta, otopark var otele ait bir oda özellikleri genel olarak iyi ışıklandırma tasarım kullanışlı, cay kahve seti var, yerler halı kaplama ve ve temizlik iyi durumda Bir iki eleştiri kahvaltı salonda ve ortak kullanım alanında Arap misafirlerin hiç birisinin maske kullanmadığını gördüm, ayrıca kahvaltı salonunda yine bir Arap misafir yanımda ekmek sepetine ellerini direk sokarak ekmek aldı oysaki oraya maşa bırakılmış bunları görmek beni hiç memnun etmedi hastalığın bukadar yayıldığı bir ortamda yönetimin bu insanları daha iyi yönetmesi gerekir. Bunlar bir kenara bırakılırsa tavsiye edebilirim. Ayrıva ani ve yüksek fiyat artısı bizim gibi sürekli müşterileri üzüyor bununda not edilmesinde fayda var.

Bir gece konakladık, otopark hizmeti veriliyor. Çalışanlar cok kibar, konforunuzun sağlanması için cok yardımcı oluyorlar hem de güleryüzlüler. Otel fiziksel olarak biraz eski, odalar küçük fakat temiz. Kahvaltısı güzel, fakat insanlara maske konusunda bir uyarıda bulunulmuyor. Fiyatına uygun bir hizmet alıyorsunuz.
