Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bursa Nilufer

"It's near the university campus, so it's a bit noisy. The environment is okay, and the prices are relatively affordable."

Pera Pansiyon

"Zenhotels is the provider and supplier, and Pera Suits seems unaware of this fact, resulting in terrible customer service. Their behavior was very rude, and it left my wife in tears. Such treatment cannot be justified, regardless of cost. They misled us by quoting a price of 5100 TL for a better room, but then downgraded our rooms to the same price. This is unacceptable, and potential customers should be warned. I strongly advise finding another place to stay."

Heybeli Hotel

Grand Rimedya Hotel Bursa

"A hotel that does not deserve its price, I would definitely say do not go. No pros. Cons: There is no shampoo or hand soap in the bathrooms. The tap does not work properly. There is 1 towel in a room for 4 people. The air conditioner is on, there is no remote control. We asked for a remote control, they said there was only one and said they would send it. After 1 hour, there was no one there, they said come and get it. Most importantly, we rented a PDA to relax, there is a wedding hall on the 8th floor and although it is the first floor, we could not sleep because of the noise from the sun. Do not choose it."

Ramada by Wyndham Bursa Nilufer

"The lady at the reception desk is incredibly rude, insolent, and has a terrible customer service attitude. She uses the most subpar language, such as "Go to a hotel that suits you," and has zero communication with customers. It's a shame that so many unemployed people are being hired and employed. Besides the staff's fault, the management is just as at fault for employing such unprofessional people at the hotel as the employee. I hope you can rectify this mistake as soon as possible. Rest assured, I will share this unpleasant experience with everyone."
