"I booked this hotel at random last year. I was so pleased I stayed again this year. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If I ever come to Bursa again, I'd stay there again. The rooms are spotless. And best of all, there's a breakfast with dozens of options."

The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and hygienic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—it included fresh fruit, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The coffee was also very good. The hotel's location is ideal—central, with good public transport connections. Many attractions were within walking distance. My only minor criticism: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return."

"The front desk service is standard and polite, and the room hygiene is also good. The last photo is the exterior view from the south window. Across the road on the east side is a large shopping mall including a Carrefour supermarket and many commercial service stores such as restaurants. Shopping and dining are very convenient. Parking is free, and the service of the parking lot staff is also very good. They saw me wiping the front windshield from a distance and quickly handed me a handful of tissues. When they saw that my backpack was not zipped up when I went out, they reminded me loudly."
