The hotel has private parking hence very comfortable for those who drive. The staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The room's cleanliness and amenities were okay. We merely stay for one night and we have nothing to complain :) The breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast (as per pic) and i think that is acceptable for the price we pay.

The location was good, really in to the city center.
The room and public areas were clean. There's elevator to upper floor. One of the staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was turkish breakfast..simple but quiet good.

Location is in the center of Bursa and very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Staff are very helpful but they don’t speek english. Only turkish and one guy is speeking arabic.

Cleaning was terrible. The sheets had everything from blood stains to hairs. We wanted to turn on the air conditioner because the temperature of the heater was not sufficient, but it did not turn on or work.

Literally the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in my life. First of all, when we entered the hotel, we entered the hotel in a negative way, as the person at the hotel asked us in an "oppressive" way at the door whether we were going to leave again, as he was going to park the car somewhere. There were so many noises coming from the beds in the room that none of us could feel comfortable throughout the night. The tables were full at breakfast and we didn't know how many shocks we would experience when the manager-looking gentleman got angry because an employee had arranged a table for us and said "let them arrange it themselves, you help us in". After leaving the hotel, we were sent off without saying thank you or having a safe trip. This kind of treatment cannot happen even in a cafe in the back street, let alone a hotel.
