The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

It is a comfortable and convenient hotel, very close to the historical city of Bursa, with parking facilities. We stayed in bed and breakfast for 3 nights and were very pleased with both the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. The staff was helpful and polite but most of all friendly. There is an elevator for those with stairs problems. If we come to Bursa again, our first choice will definitely be Prusias Hotel.
