This was one of the hotels we stayed in on our group tour of Turkey's historic sites. This was a good quality hotel all round. Our group evening set meal was excellent and the breakfast selection was good. The rooms were large and well equiped.

Çok güzel bir otel. Personel güler yüzlü ve candan. Temizlik harika. Termal olması ayrıca iyi. Bursa'yı seyreden büyük bir yemek salonu bulunuyor. Bahçede ise İtalyan yemeklerinin ağırlıklı olduğu bir restoranı var. Odalardan manzara harika. Bursa'da iyi bir seçim.

Yemeklerine söylenecek söz yok mükemmeldi gerek menü gerek lezzet olsun. Ama havuz konusuna gelicek olursak cinsiyete göre ayrilan hamam var kadin hamamina girmek istedik 5 yasindaki erkek cocugunu almadilar . 5 yasindaki bu masumluktaki cocugun ne bir zarari ve rahatsiz edici davranisi olabilir ki? Ayrica hamam cok küçüktü.(4m2'lik bir havuzumsu birşey ve ayni bolumde hamam alani vardi.) Eger kucuk cocuktan rahatsiz olunuyorsa bende onlarin tamamen ciplak bedenlerini gormekten rahatsiz oluyor ve tiksiniyorum. Ayri bir havuz var evet ama saatlik kişi başı 1750 denildi. Akşam eglenceleri vs de yok geliyorsaniz bu etkenleri goze alarak gelin lutfen. Bu kadar hevesle gelip keyif bile yapamadik. Ortalama bir oteldi yemeklerine lafim yok temizlikte bence ***et ortalamaydi calisanlarda ayni sekilde.

İki yıldır Bursa’daki evimiz oldu bu otel. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü, odaları tertemiz. Biz kahvaltı dahil konseptte konakladık. Kahvaltı g***t iyiydi. Bir gece akşam yemeğini otelde yedik, yemekler de oldukça lezzetliydi ve fiyat olarak çok uygundu. Otelin dağa shuttle servisi olması çok iyi ve tabii ki hamam ve termal havuzu 😍 Otel müdürü Uğur bey çok ilgili. Sorun çözme de çok hızlı aksiyon alıyorlar. Çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik sayelerinde. Yarım pansiyon şeklinde konaklama yaptık. Özellikle akşam yemekleri ve kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Tüm mutfak ekibi ve garsonlara teşekkür ederim. Odalar ***et temizdi. Termal havuzu biraz küçük ama tertemizdi. Hamam ve masaj ücretleri pahalıydı. Ama yine de Bursaya tekrar geldiğimde tercihim bu otel olacaktır. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederim GönlüFerah Otel ailesi

A good looking hotel incorporating 2 buildings next to each other The restaurant was located in the other building from our accommodation which meant having to walk outside for breakfast and dinner. Thankfully it wasn’t raining but it’s not ideal. Our room was very nice but we had only hand towel and no cups, coffee/tea supplies or bottled water. I called to reception to get cups and was told they would send them to the room. Nothing arrived before we left for dinner and nothing had been replaced by our return.

Despite all my attention to details I couldn't fault SPA, it is perfectly maintained and squeaky clean all around. We are just a couple that enjoyed hotels Spa offerings, I must insist insist this Spa is worth a visit if you are in for a treat, my appreciation goes to Spa receptionists Ozlam, Damla, Berna and Aysen. Masseuse Kadek and Sugi were exceptionally professional. Thanks all.
