Kırcı Otel’de konaklamamız boyunca personelden ve otelden çok mennun kaldık. Başta Gn.Md.İzzet Bey,Burak Bey,Tuncer Bey,Şahin Bey,Gülşah Hanım,Tülay Hanım ve tüm ekip içten karşılamaları ve ilgileriyle bizi çok mutlu etmiştir.Çok mennun kaldık.Otelin konumu,güvenliği,sessiz ve sakin oluşu,yemeklerin lezzeti,odaların temizliği,personelin bir dediğimizi iki etmemesi bizi çok mutlu etti.Bursa’daki evimiz artık belli oldu: Kırcı Otel.

Ich habe 2 Suit Zimmer reserviert. Erste Nacht musste ich in einem Normalen Zimmer übernachten, weil Hotel ausgebucht war. Nach Diskussionen durfte ich dann ab dem 2. Tag in den Suite. 2. Weitere Zimmer ist dann bei Standart geblieben aber war sauber und gepflegt. Generell war das Hotel in eine gute Lage. RESTAURANT ARBEITER WAREN SEHR NETT.

I had to go to the hotel without doing research. Unfortunately, I had to stay with a large group, it was a very bad experience. Rooms are never cleaned. Since there is a circulation in the hotel, the staff is insufficient. The problems in the rooms are not fixed. We stayed for 5 days and I didn't use the bathroom because the tub was extremely runny even for standing and there was no hot water. The food is very bad. There is a thermal pool and a Turkish bath in the hotel, but it is not possible to use them because they are never cleaned. We asked for the Neverims to be replaced, but we never succeeded. We had to drink tea with cardboard cups at breakfast in the morning. If you don't have to sleep in the park, don't go.

Hotel rooms and staff are really great. There is always service and kindness. I would like to thank Mr. İzzet for providing these services. The thermal pool is at 60 degrees and it's like it took all my pain. The meals are super. The renovated rooms are spacious and immaculate. It's great that there is a separate bed as we come with our children. It has 4 pools. Thermal shock pool with jacuzzi and normal pool. Thank you so much for everything. Otelin ulaşımı kolay. Otele girişte çalışanlar tarafından güler yüzle karşılanıyor. Bu arada Otel müdürü İzzet beye yaptığı dostane karşılaması ve ikramlara teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin tarihi yerlere ve meşhur Heykele ilaşımı kolay. Otelin personeli güler yüzlü. Misafirperver. Ücret uygun. Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı harika. Corona tedbirleri alınmış Bursada kalınabilecek bir otel.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 months, at least 20 days a month, between August 2021 and February 2022. The hotel choice was made through the company I partnered with and its connection. You will see that the floor of the room and corridor in the hotel is covered with carpet. Especially in this period when the covid virus is widespread, there is no side that I see positive in terms of hygiene. It is possible to see hair, dust and various dirt on the carpets in the rooms that indicate that they have not been cleaned. The carpet color is especially kept brown so that it can hide most things. They will claim that the carpets are cleaned at every guest change, that's not true. Not even a vacuum cleaner. This is probably done in very conspicuous, heavily polluted rooms. They may claim that it was washed with a washing machine. This means that the room is closed to guests for 1 day. It can happen, albeit very rarely. I have seen that it is done once in 6 months, and that is upon request. In our culture, it is not possible to enter the house with shoes. Those who prefer to be in the room with shoes may like it. You can tell about hygiene inadequacies from most surfaces your hand has touched. Don't be fooled by the photos. Don't be fooled by the fancy words that try to make the hotel attractive in the name of marketing. You can research well and spend a quality and pleasant stay at a more affordable price. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. In my room, the bathroom door was not covered because of the toilet seat. But no harm, the hotel is nice clean, and the employees are friendly. Water was pooling on the surface of the bathroom. Maybe it only happens in my room, I don't know

We stayed at Hotel Kırcı for 3 days for the holiday. We were very pleased. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Air conditioning system, bathroom, beds ***et were good. The reception, house keeping and restaurant staff were young, dynamic and friendly. The entire team, especially General Manager Mr. İzzet, performed with a solution-oriented working method.
