The receptionist are friendly and willing to help with anything even the location of shops, the rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is yummy

It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

They have good staff. rooms are clean, aircon works very well. Breakfast is simple, but good.
To be a 3 star hotel, this hotel is very good.
Highly recommended for families. There is free parking just beside the hotel. The paid parking is also not expensive.

This probably was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, the room was dirty, curtain were falling down, beds were old and not comfortable, and the room smelled like cigarettes Bering smoked in it all night.

When we arrived they someone had messed up and dropped our reservation from the system, they put us in another hotel for the same group 3 km away! in two separate rooms me and kids!! Breakfast is the most basic i have ever seen, almost nothing to eat..Overall poor experience.

evet arkadaşlar başlıkta da belirttiğim gibi fotoğraflara aldanmayın. tek gece kaldık otelde, ctesi gece giriş, pazar öğlen çıkış yaptık. ve şunu söylemek istiyorum ki tam bir pişmanlıktı. daha önce bursada başka bir otelde daha kalmıştık çok çok iyiydi. burçman bizim için tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. öncelikle odadaki mini barlar çalışmıyor pandemi nedeniyle çalıştırmıyorlarmış, ne alaka? banyo havlusu inanın saç havlusundan bile küçüktü ve kenarları kesikti, havluyu parçalara bölmüşler sanırım. şampuan, tam bir fiyasko içine su doldurulmuş sıvılaştırılmıştı. fön makinesi ele alınamayacak kadar pis ve eskiydi. evet personeli güler yüzlü iyiydi ancak otel kalitesi yerlerdeydi. odada su yoktu gece resepsiyondan söylemek zorunda kaldık. aynı paraya eminim ki daha iyi oteller vardır Bursada. tercih etmeden önce bir kez daha düşünün derim.
