Hotel Anatolia was one of the few, good and decent hotels that have been serving in Bursa for a long time, but this last time we went, we were completely disappointed. I have to regretfully inform you that this is a hotel that we do not intend to choose again due to its lack of luxury and its lack of cleanliness and COVID precautions, and the indifference and carelessness of its employees. It has turned into a hotel where room cleaning and tidying takes place in the evening, employees do their job near us without wearing masks, and the reception staff simply do not care about you. Overall, it was ok to stay, clean and quite. But the breakfast was bad. Omlet was cold, bread and borek wasnt fresh, not much fruit, coffee was 3rd class.

The spa belongs to a private company and the service is good. Although the quality of the breakfast is not great, the variety is sufficient. When we entered the room, there were hairs left and right on the bed. The room was filthy and dusty under the bed. Water was flowing like a rope from the toilet tap, it did not do your job. The bed was as if you were lying on the floor. It felt like a rock. We couldn't sleep. The staff was generally friendly. We stayed in room 709 for 4 nights. The hotel location is good, few min drive from the market, restaurants at walking distance. View from room is nice. However a lot of traffic sound can be heard. Especially ambulances passing by and the room is not sound proof. We stayed there at new year eve. And at least expected was that hotel staff greet us happy new year at breakfast which didnt happen. There were gloves available at breakfast counter to pick buffet but no one was there to make sure that the guest adhere to it. The rooms are small and if you go for triple room the third bed is not comfortable. Over all it was a okay hotel.

The valet and reception at the hotel were very polite, but there was a very strong cigarette smell in the room and on the bed linens. Other than that I didn't have any problems. The breakfast was average. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking space, sometimes they can take the car away.
