Otelin konumu tarihi alanın merkezinde yer almakta her yere yürüme mesafesinde rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Kendi otoparkı olması artı bir özellikti. Personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili idi. Odaların büyüklüğü değişebiliyor, bizim iki odamız vardı biri bayağı küçük bir odaydı ancak diğeri yeterli büyüklükteydi. Oda temizliği ve kahvaltı ***et yeterli idi. Tekrar tercih ederim.

This hotel is outstanding the staff went out of their way anyway, they could to help me from the restaurant to the front desk. They were all so very nice. The hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining that you could ever need. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone else, I would like to tell everyone at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Merkezde olan bir otel konum itibariyle iyi. Ama odaları çok kötü ve otel konaklaması alırken lütfen dikkat edin kahvaltı hariç dahil kısmı küçücük yazılmış yemek yemeğe indiğinizde tek tek kontrol yapılıyor hoş değil. Personel iyi, penceresi olmayan odalara dikkat edin, hijyen orta düzey bir daha gider miyim sanmıyorum

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is near resturants and supermarkets. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. They help us to park the car and get it out from parking. I like my stay in this hotel😍

Konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel, tüm bursa eski kent merkezi yürüyüş mesafesinde.
Bu bölgede temiz kaliteli tesis bulmak zor.
Otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ve her konuda anında destek oluyorlar.
Otel yeni ama orta kalite malzemelerle inşa edilmiş, öyle müthiş bir konfor beklemeyin. Koridor halıları anında eskimiş bile, kötü bir görüntü veriyor. Tek asansör olması sıkıntı, alt katlardan oda isteyip merdivenleri kullanmak mantıklı.
Kısacası otel 3 yıldız ancak lokasyonu ve personeli ile 4 yıldızı hakediyor

This was a really nice hotel to stay in — different in architecture and squeezed in-between buildings in the old town of Bursa. Staff were not particularly fluent in English, but acted in a supportive and friendly manner. We liked the social space on the first floor which was welcoming and nice.
