The location of the hotel is in the center of the historical area and everywhere can be easily reached within walking distance. Having its own parking lot was a plus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The size of the rooms may vary, we had two rooms, one was quite small but the other was large enough. Room cleaning and breakfast were adequate. I would choose it again.

Merkezde olan bir otel konum itibariyle iyi. Ama odaları çok kötü ve otel konaklaması alırken lütfen dikkat edin kahvaltı hariç dahil kısmı küçücük yazılmış yemek yemeğe indiğinizde tek tek kontrol yapılıyor hoş değil. Personel iyi, penceresi olmayan odalara dikkat edin, hijyen orta düzey bir daha gider miyim sanmıyorum

The location is simply perfect, the entire Bursa old city center is within walking distance.
It is difficult to find clean, quality facilities in this region.
Hotel staff are very friendly and provide immediate support in every issue.
The hotel is new but built with medium quality materials, do not expect such great comfort. Hallway carpets are instantly worn out and look bad. It is a problem that there is only one elevator, it makes sense to ask for a room on the lower floors and use the stairs.
In short, the hotel is 3 stars, but it deserves 4 stars with its location and staff.

My priority is the PARKING PARK, it should definitely be renovated, it is an incredibly narrow and terrible parking lot, it is impossible for your car to leave without any damage.

This was a really nice hotel to stay in — different in architecture and squeezed in-between buildings in the old town of Bursa. Staff were not particularly fluent in English, but acted in a supportive and friendly manner. We liked the social space on the first floor which was welcoming and nice.

It was my first visit to Bursa and I was very pleased. The location of the hotel is very good. Since it is right in the center, it is within walking distance of the famous food places in the center. I preferred the upper floor and smoke-free room leading to the hotel. Thank you, they gave me a very nice room. The room was very clean and comfortable. .Thank you very much for the indoor parking lot and the attention of the employees. Everything was very good. If we come again, I will stay here again.
