It has high potential but the quality delivered is very poor. A professional quality management can do amazing work. The toilet doors of hotel islands do not provide complete privacy. It looks like it's from the inside out, it looks from the outside in. Air conditioning, safe etc. are from the 1970s. Breakfast and general services are mediocre. It is not appropriate to serve stale, hard-to-rock bagels, cookies, cold meats and cheese with dried edges for breakfast. Likewise, tea and coffee are stale. Otel çok güzel,manzara etkileyici,lobideki yılbaşı süslemeleri olağanüstüydü.Resepsiyonist Çiğdem Hanım'ın güleryüzlü karşılaması ve sorun çözme odaklı yaklaşımı çok güzeldi.Yılbaşı öncesi doluluk göz önüne alınarak bir hazırlık yapılmadığından kahvaltı salonunda aksamalar oldu.Yemek salonunda sandalyelerin çekilmesi sırasında çıkan sese bir an önce bir çözüm bulunmalı,odamızda bile bizi rahatsız etti.Yine de Bursa'ya tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle konaklamak isteyeceğim otel.
