房間小了點但是很乾凈，自己可以買來自己燒，位置挺好，周圍都是商鋪和吃的可以逛，樓層挺高，可以看風景！

We checked in around 11:30pm and were greeted by Harley on the reception desk who was very friendly and helped us get checked in quickly and easily as it was late and we wanted to get to bed, once we went to the room we saw a note and some chocolates left for us which was a lovely surprise and really made our stay. Breakfast was amazing the whole team are lovely and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay at this hotel was greeting very nicely at reception and felt comfortable from the get go. Had breakfast both days and food was hot and fresh. Had a great chat with Joanne both mornings she was a breath of fresh air not sure how she is so chirpy in a morning thumbs up to her.

Centrally located hotel. Easy access to the city and onwards to the airport. Excellent value for money. Comfy beds and well appointed rooms. And every single staff member we met, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel.

Hotel is looking tired, a broken plug and broken hand sink meant water flooded the bathroom floor and carpet. Hotel was full so we were just given towels to mop it up and had to use the bath. Soggy carpet will start to smell, i only hope it's been fixed properly but somehow doubt it.

Can’t thank the staff enough. Truly honest team. After an army reunion I managed to leave my phone in reception and the staff kept it for me. One of the other lads left a very expensive watch on his room and agin they kept it for him. Thanks a lot for your help.

Upon arrival we was told to use self check-in, seemed understaffed and stressed. Room was OK for a family of 3. Maybe usb chargers would be beneficial. However the kettle disgraceful. I boiled and the whole room smelt of rotten food. I went down to reception who apologised and got me a replacement kettle. Waited 40mins which after a 4 hour drive was frustrating. Breakfast was nice and replenished often.

Room was spotless, I travelled solo, staff were AMAZING!! Big shout out to Darrell and restaurant staff, absolutely nothing was too much bother, couldn't fault this hotel will definitely be back!!

Fantastic stay. Got a warm welcome, room was nice and at breakfast the lady attending to the customers (Joanne) I think was friendly and even gave me directions accurately to the place I was visiting in a Bury. Nice to see staff go the extra mile
