During my trip in south korea, I stayed in 3 city and 4 five stars hotels. I think Park Hyatt Busan is the best among them. The Park Hyatt Busan service is perfect and very considerate with the guests' need. Their food are great and their service team is the best among the others five stars hotels where I stayed during my last trip in south korea. The Park Hyatt Staff found that I lost my voice due to the continuous coughing so that they prepared some ginger tea for me. My room's view is also perfect (photos attached). I have a direct view to the bridge and marina. The most important thing is their staff speak perfect English and do the check in/out process efficiently. Their foods are also great (I've tried 3 in room dining menu). Compare to the other 5 star hotels that I stayed in South Korea, I think Park Hyatt Busan has the best price to value score. The downside is just it's location. It's not really a walking distance to the crowd center in Busan. I was good with that since i really enjoyed my room and didn't really want to leave it. If you go to Busan, you really really need to stay in this hotel and book the room with the bridge and marina view.

You have to walk about 20 minutes from Gwangalli. Other than the location, there wasn't much to regret! I had a reservation for 7 people, and there was free parking for one car per room. Please note that an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged otherwise. When I told him that I was sorry about cleaning the floor, he said he was kind. He said he pushed the vacuum cleaner.

Stayed in Seaview Triple Room to see the New Year's sunrise. Breakfast was not good, so I only stayed except for it. There is a famous house in the Jaeju station nearby, so I think I was good at breakfast. The view is very good. You can easily see the rising sun between the Gwangan Bridge in the room. The wall was closed only with glass without the veranda, so the person who went with it was scared. Overall, the facilities were old, the floor was messy and the furniture was spotty. However, it was good that the bathtub seemed to be newly installed. When I first opened the door, I felt humidity and smell like a water park even in winter. It was a hotel I chose to see only one sunrise and one sunrise was satisfactory. It would be nice to see the sunrise from the observation deck on the 21st floor.

The video can't be sent out, only one picture can be sent. The whole is a very good capsule room, but when I arrived, I found out that I had a side without a window, and then I changed it to have a window and added money. The soundproofing of the small room is OK, the sound on the door switch is still there, and the movement of the upper floor can sometimes be heard. The scenery is good, the place where you stay up late is also very close, and the traffic is good and convenient. Just for a business trip.

Very cute little hotel. Located in the Guang'anli Beach, it is almost ten minutes to go there, and it is a delicious shop along the way. Breakfast is simple toast, some snack yoghurt, and American coffee The room is a bit small, the slippers are required to enter the door, and the bathroom is not dry and wet. The hotel has only one floor on the first floor. Responsible for the cafe and hotel reception. The aunt is super good, the Korean friend brought me the dish. She watched me put it in the room and asked me if I needed to put her refrigerator. I also sent my friend a latte in the morning. You can communicate with the translation software APP. Aunt is very temperament. I want to live here next time.

It’s is a great location, walking distance to all the local restaurants. Hotel has views of the bridge and beach. The hotel includes breakfast and you eat overlooking the water. Very nice way to start your day. Hotel is clean and has American style beds. Bathroom has very modern fixtures. We would definitely stay here again.

I had to go to Busan in a hurry so I just had to sleep... Even though I checked in late, I was able to check out until 12 o'clock and my room was upgraded to a view suite~~^^ It was great to wake up to the night view and the ocean view in the morning. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the wide space with electric curtains. ^^ I just wish there was a hair cap available^^ There's even a styler, so you'll feel more comfortable the next day♡ 100% intention to visit again♡
