房間挺比較乾淨，有飲用熱水，可以看海，離樂天百貨很近。

Staff were rude, not helpful and impatient. Pillows in the room were too soft hence I asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any to spare. When I called the reception from my room, they told me to head down to the reception to speak to them face to face because they couldn’t understand. It was raining, I asked to borrow umbrellas and they told me that they don’t have any when I see 5 umbrellas hanging in the room behind the counter.

2024年3月に宿泊しました！
家族で宿泊しました。釜山駅から2,3駅ほどで最寄りの南浦駅や中央駅に到着し、ホテルからも近かったです。建物が高いので見つけやすく迷わず到着しました。チェックインが15：00からでしたが、14：30くらいにお部屋に入れていただけました。フロントは日本語対応可のスタッフさんが1名いらっしゃいました。部屋からは海が見えました。※部屋によっては見えないものもあるかもしれません
シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ドライヤーありました。歯磨きセットは持参する必要がありますが、フロント近くの自動販売機でアメニティが販売されていたのでその中にあるかもしれません。水圧問題なしです。
冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、ウォーターサーバーはありますが、電子レンジはありません。
TVでは、YouTube、Netflix、テレビ番組が視聴可能です。ディズニープラスもログインすれば視聴できるみたいです。
全体的にすごく満足でした！素敵な釜山旅行になりました^＞ ·̫ ＜^

环境：很乾淨很整潔且離釜山站還有南浦站很近，交通地點很方便，空間可以打開兩個28吋行李箱，還有一個小陽台，跟流理臺，覺得很棒！
设施：
1. 冰箱：非常讚、是上下分層的冷藏跟冷凍都有，可以買一些東西回來冰，非常喜歡這個冰箱
2. 飲水機：有冷熱溫水可以無止盡的喝水，還可以泡茶水，每天狂用這個設備
3. 電視：電視很大而且還可以看Netflix, Disney +, YouTube,非常享受
4. 房間有幾個國際插頭，不需要轉接頭
美中不足的缺點：
1. 床頭的插座只有一個，這點很不方便
2. 洗手台略小，水容易濺出來
