Reasonable choice. Good location and room. The front was often not available. Overall, a good stay.

This “hotel room” doesn’t belong to the main hotel. Hence there is not hotel service at all. You will have to call the number to check in, and make sure you have a Korean number for them to text you the room number and door code. The room doesn’t have bath towels, cups, no tissue, no Wi-Fi. Sofa is very old. Only has 1 very thin and soft pillow for one bed. No housekeeping for 5 nights stay. Definitely overpriced.

The facilities are a bit old but functioning fine, location is good

The lady at the front desk is very nice, can speak Chinese, and often helps to get a taxi. The hotel is very clean. Although it is not cleaned every day, water and towels are provided every day. Many people stayed during the exhibition.

It was spacious and had good facilities for the price, and it was nice that it was close to BEXCO and Centum City and that there were many convenient facilities nearby. However, if you stay multiple nights, there is an additional charge for cleaning costs other than water and towel replacement.

The lady at the front desk gave me the wrong password when checking in, so one day my friend and I didn't bring our room cards and tried to enter the password to enter the room but we couldn't get in. In the end we found out that we gave the wrong password to the front desk, so we need to be more careful at work.

The facility seems to be a bit old, but I'm satisfied with the price. Non-face-to-face check-in and check-out are handled kindly by calling. What's a little disappointing is that there is an additional charge when requesting a service.

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. TV won't turn on (no remote control) The toilet is clogged and you call a professional. I was worried about the future as there were many problems such as the door not closing due to an error and the hair dryer handle breaking, but when I told the hotel staff, they took care of everything. Be careful because I thought hotels could flush toilet paper down the basic toilet. The prices were cheap and there were many shops nearby, so I was grateful for that.

I went there to attend the BEXCO Expo. The location, accessibility, price, and surrounding environment were all good.
