Verry clean, conveniently located in front of the street, BIFF square is literally right across the street. Definitely repeat, but maybe the breakfast wouldn't be a must.

It was a nice hotel, but it was smaller than I expected. The front desk staff spoke fluent Japanese, so I think you can stay here with peace of mind.

The location is very good, opposite BIFF Plaza, but the room is small and quite dusty. The door and bathroom door are not buffered well, so it is easy to make loud noises and cause trouble to neighboring rooms.

It is adjacent to Jagalchi Market Station and has good accessibility. Also, the facilities are good for the price. I arrived about 3 hours early and asked to check in in advance, so I was able to check in more than an hour earlier.
