ทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้กับรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินสะดวกมากกับการเดินทาง ด้านล่างตึกมีมินิมารท์และร้านอาหาร1ร้านสะดวกเพียงพอ แต่ไม่ได้อยู่ในทำเลช๊อปปิ้ง ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นท่อระบายน้ำลอยขึ้นมาตลอดเวลา
