This is an apar**ent style hotel with an equipped kitchenette, about 10 mins walk from Busan KTX, and near Jung-Ang metro station. Hotel has pretty complete facilities with a cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. The room was minimalist but comfortable, with a view of the Busan harbour. The front desk staff is friendly and conversant in English. As compared to areas such as Seomyeon or Haeundae, you will find that this is a quieter side of town, but if you look closely can find nice gukbap and Milmyeon as well as the "40-Steps" attraction.

今回はオンドルの部屋となりましたが、友達が韓国文化を実感出来たとの感想でした（個人的には過去に何度も韓国でオンドルの経験はありましたが）、、
前回2019年は同じメンバーでハーバービュー側で港が一望出来る高層階で、特に夜のライトアップした橋が印象的でした、、
又、７月に釜山旅行を計画してますので、出来ればハーバービュー側が良いかと思ってます、、、

位置不錯 交通方便 又地鐵和很多公車線路，釜山站一站之遙。不過離海雲台那一片有較遠距離。在酒店就能領悟釜山pass，非常方便。

The hotel is very close to the metro station (approx 5 minutes walk) as well as bus stops. It take 15 minutes to walk to Busan rail station. Location wise is very convenient.
The hotel room itself is spacious but the lighting was a little dim. Under local regulations, no amenities such as toothbrush, tooth paste are available.
