깔끔합니다.위치도 해운대구청 바로 앞이라 교통도 편리합니다.

숙소상태가 별로였어요. 바닥에 기스도많고, 지저분하고 깔끔한 느낌이 전혀 없었네요. 보일러실이 실내에있었는데, 오래된보일러인지 시끄러워서 잠잘때도 힘들었어요. 주차등록도 한번에 안해주셔서 몇번의 번거로움이 있었어요. 피드백도 느려서 뭐든 오래 기다려야했습니다. 위치는 해운대와도 가깝고 주변인프라가좋아서 식사하기도 편했어요. 그치만, 이 숙소에 또 오진 않을것같아요.

깨끗하며..스위트룸으로 무료로 업그레이드도 해주시고.특히 침구류 깨끗해서 푹잘수가 있었습니다.감사합니다.

A place I never miss when I come to Haeundae

It's a great place to make memories with your family during your trip to Busan. You can eat the food you ordered at the residence hotel according to your own taste, and it's close to the Haeundae beach, which is 5 minutes away, and it's convenient to use the Lotte LC food market. There were plenty of things to do and see in Haeundae's authentic market. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

The wallpaper in the room was dirty and looked like it had not been pasted properly. There were spider silk in the corners and yellow stains on the pillowcases. These are barely acceptable. I booked a room for four on the website. It showed a king-size bed and a single bed, which could accommodate four people. There was an extra bed fee, but I didn't know I had to pay it on site. So I was dumbfounded when I checked in. . After arriving at the room, all the supplies, towels, cups, tableware, and quilts were for three people. I called the front desk and they said they would not be delivered until the evening. We started waiting at 16:00 and were about to leave at 18:00. I went to the front desk to ask and they said they would be delivered. Before 22:00, please ask them to try to see if they can deliver it by 20:00, they said they will try their best. I came back at 20:00 and was dumbfounded for the second time... The extra bed was a mattress pad and a quilt, and the quilt was not the thick quilt on ordinary beds... There was no single bed in the living room as I had seen shared online! I booked this room because I saw there were four of us... The tableware and teacups were still not delivered, and I was only given towels and mineral water. I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it, but I waited until the next day... I had to ask the trip customer service for help. The tableware has been delivered, but the mattress pads have not been processed, and the teacups are still three sets... We stayed for three nights in total. When we checked in, they said that we didn't need to clean the first day and could do it on the second day. But they didn't come on the second day. So forget it... The toiletries were very considerately placed on the door handle, but... we There are four of us, but towels and water are only for three people... Did they not receive the order? It was my first time to take my family abroad. I saw other people's sharing and online sharing of accommodation experiences. The actual experience still needs to be known to families who may stay in a four-person room. Maybe the double room here is very good.
