Check-in time should be after 10 o'clock but I arrived early and the staff helped me check in early
The door lock of the room was broken. I could open it without a door card because it can be locked and there are two doors. It does not affect the safety of sleeping. I did not change the room

Overall, the room is quite big in Korea and relatively clean. But the sound insulation needs to be improved. You can hear the banging noise from the upper floor at night. The bed sheet is thin and a bit rough.

Cleanliness and ergonomics are not very good; the first room had dirty sheets and hair. When they changed our room, the hair remained, and a torn towel was added. One large towel is provided for two people. The toilet is advanced, with a heated seat. The bathtub faucet was leaking, there was no curtain in the bathroom, and there were no hooks for towels. The staff is customer-oriented and responsive.

A pleasant surprise, the room was great! Clean and tidy, the right size, the bathroom was great, and the facilities were complete.
The location was also easy to find, the hotel sign was big, you could see it after turning the corner, and it was close to the elevator of the subway station.

The service attitude of the brother at the front desk is really super good. I have booked a hotel before and the front desk had poor facilities and even scolded me.
