一共就四個車位 本來定了兩晚 第一天晚上 裡邊明明兩個空位 不讓停 讓停馬路邊上 結果後來説停到對面寫字樓樓下了 早上可以代開停到酒店下邊 結果第二天晚上 有一個空車位 還是不讓停 就真很無語 是差別對待中國人我覺得就是 房間晚上還特別熱 地熱什麼的無法調節 床特別小 結果因為有停車位 不讓我們停車 果斷退款退房要求

애 데리고 갔는데 가자마자 실망했어요ㅠㅠ
방에서 오래된 벽지와 냄새가 났어요
무엇보다 히터가 벽걸이용은 안됐는지 간이히터 켜고 잤네요
부산역 가까워서 선택했는데 남편과 애한테 욕 먹었어요
다른 여행객을 위해서라도 청결과 외관을 좀 더 깨끗하게하면 좋겠어요
꼭 개선하길 바랍니다!

在地鐵釜山＆草梁之間，交通方便
如果是從機場到飯店的話也可以選擇地鐵或是客運
飯店附近也有許多便利商店
廁所很大，房間略小，三人房如果三人都要打開行李箱會寸步難行
第一天去的時候不知道什麼原因冰箱不冰...
房間內沒有微波爐 要到一樓大廳才有
退房後可以寄放行李

Booked this because it was not too far away from the Busan station. Wanted convenience. It was really convenient with a 7-11 nearby, and just a short walk to the subway station / bus stops to everywhere we needed to go to! Plus it’s affordable, will stay again! :)

釜山ワンアジアフェスティバルに参加する為に娘と2人で泊まりました。
釜山港からも駅からすぐだし、セブンが真横にあるので便利です。
地下鉄草梁駅の2番出口を使いますが、地下通路に小綺麗な？ホームレスがいました。
フロントの男性は日本語が話せて親切でした。
ただ、この季節でも部屋に蚊がいて困りました。
ボディーソープが良い香りです。
TVの電源を消してもsamsungのロゴは消えません。
割引とポイントで安く泊まれたので満足しています。

服務人員態度很好，很友善。地理位置也很方便，離火車站地鐵站都很近，酒店附近還有很多美食。就是房間床很不舒服，床很硬。在床上發現好幾根不同人的頭髮，長短不一，也不知道床單有沒有換，床品的布料也很不舒服感覺不是純棉面料。
