카운터 남자 직원은 굉장히 친절하나, 2021. 08.18일 아침 9시 45분에서 아침 9시 55분 사이에 엘리베이터 타고내려온 여직원 굉장히 눈빛,행동,말투 극강 불친절. 어떻게 그렇게 말한마디없이 사람을 불쾌하게 쳐다보고 기분 나쁘게 할수잇는지 신기함. 토요코인 자주 다니며 이런일 처음. 2021.08.18 아침 여직원 사람보고 인사도 안하고 늘 신경예민 불친절한 직원 처음봄. 큰둑이 (토요코인이라는 호텔이) 바늘구멍에 (직원1명) 샌다고 왜 1호점이 폐점하게 되는지 알게됨. 두번다시는 이용할일없는곳.
