Good visit, no problems, plenty of great food in the area, fairly close to train station entrance. Could be a little cleaner but otherwise the hotel was good. No English is spoken here.

No matter how spring it was, there was no basic heating, so the floor was damp and sticky, so it made a creaking sound every time you walked on it. There was white dust on the phone and various devices, and it seemed like they weren't cleaning well when fingerprints were all visible. The carpet on the elevator floor didn't seem to have been cleaned, and there was a smell due to lack of ventilation. It's just a hotel.

Although it is a hotel, the amenities in the rooms are operated like a motel.
On the day of check-in, the bedding was stained and the new towels had hair on them and were not clean.
I previously stayed at the Brown Dot Hotel in Seomyeon, Busan, and compared to that, I think it is a hotel of the same brand.
