newly renovated. room equipped with floor heating and electric blankets. very comfortable without using the air con.
hotel is on the second or third row from the beach. pretty quiet even when there is a restaurant right opposite the hotel.
metro station is 10 minutes walk away. bus stations are both on the beach side and at the metro station.
hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. speak good English.
breakfast is simple but adequate. good enough when included in the price. not worth if pay extra for it.
a very pleasant stay overall.

The location is very good. The uncle at the front desk is very enthusiastic and positive. If I have any problems, he will actively try to solve them. The experience is very good. I will book again next time I go to Busan.

The hotel is close to several places to visit as advertised . Although it advertised a window which is somehow not a viewing window.
The beds are ok although the toilet smells. We stayed only for few hours to sleep and shower so I didn't bother complaining anymore.

The owner was very kind and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice that it was close to Haeundae Beach and not far from the subway station. I plan to use it again next time~
