트립 닷컴에서 예약해서 갔는데 예약 내용과 다른 시설에 놀랐습니다.
침대 2개까지 프리미엄 방을 예약하여 호텔에 도착했는데 주인 아저씨께서 이 호텔에는 침대 두개짜리 방은 애초부터 없었다고 자기는 잘 모르겠으니 예약한 곳에 문의하라는 황당한 답변을 받은것 뿐만 아니라 주차가 안되는 옵션이라는 것도 트립닷컴에는 표시가 되어 있지 않았는데 주차비 별도 5천원을 내야 한다고(이 부분은 추후 네고 해주셨습니다.) 하여 예약내용과 실제 상황이 다른 것이 많아 별로 유쾌한 경험이 되지 못하였습니다.
