Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 15, with a convenience store right next door. The building feels a bit old, but the room is spacious and well-cleaned. I stayed on a weekday, so the price was more than adequate. Other websites said that the security was not very good, but I checked in after 10pm and didn't feel that way. There is a large market nearby during the day, so it is lively with people coming and going. As long as you are a traveler and follow reasonable hours and take precautions against pickpocketing, you should not feel unsafe. I went to the market a few times to buy vegetables and fruits, and there are also Trader Joe's and Lotte Markets about 15 minutes walk away where I can buy food and souvenirs for my stay. Both are straight roads so you won't get lost.

Located near the BTS station that is a connection point for 2 lines. The room is spacious but not very clean. Enough to live in. There is additional drinking water available for free. The equipment in the room is complete.

Why just give this money in general? where is. It was not soundproofed and the ventilation fan was very loud and just not good... I don't think I'll ever go again.

The room was dirty when I arrived, the bath not properly washed, still water in the kettle etc. The air conditioner could not be controlled. In addition, the toilet leaked onto the floor, luckily only with clean water, but the floor was always damp. Fortunately, it was in a good location then

I think it would be a good fit for people who are not very sensitive when staying. Since it's located near the market, you can hear a bit of people outside. The facilities are not very clean, the chairs in the room were dirty and the bathroom was not very clean either. Instead, the bathroom was spacious and I liked that it was separated from the room by a door.

The location was convenient because it was close to Seomyeon Station, but the surrounding environment was not so good. The towels in the room were only face towels, and there were no bath towels or foot wiping mats in the bath. This time, it was related to a certain concert, so I thought that it would be fine as long as I could sleep for the time being, without being canceled at the last minute. The only thing I was satisfied with was getting as much water as I wanted.
