樓下就是地鐵，下雨都幾乎不會淋到，周圍很多吃的店舖，是我住過最大的房間，價格都十分好，去海灘可以步行過去

A residential service hotel with a large and clean space, a balcony for drying clothes, an open kitchen, independent air conditioning, and floor heating (if you turn off the bathroom, there will be no hot water).
The transportation is convenient, just above the subway station. You can take the No. 5 elevator to the ground, or take the elevator from B1 to the lobby (there are signs along the way)
The front desk service is good and the elevators are working properly. I am very satisfied with my stay this time.
