GWに訪れました。チェックインで受付の方に予約が取れていないと言われ30分格闘しました。こちらは予約確認書もあったので見せています。直接、trip.comに連絡してくれたので事なきを終えて宿泊はできましたが、
すごく疲れました。予約してしたら確認メールを送った方がいいかも。
部屋は綺麗だったが、ユニットバスでシャワーの水が洗面台の排水溝に流れる仕様になっており直に床面に水が通るのでトイレがびちゃびちゃで中々厳しいものがありました。

西面駅から賑やかな繁華街を歩いていくと、エンジェルホテルの看板がみえてきます。受付が1階にあって安心。受付の隣ではコーヒーが自由に飲めます。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。シャンプー、ミネラルウオーターが付いてました。

私が行った時は3、４人ほどフロントスタッフさんいましたが全員日本語話せました。（どなたに日本語で話しかけても上手な日本語が返ってきましたのでとても安心しました笑）
スタッフさんの接客は笑顔でとても良く、気分がよかったです。
朝早い（4時位）時間でもタクシー2台も難なく呼んでくださり、感謝です。
朝4時でもタクシーはたくさん走ってるそう。
アプリでもすぐつかまりそうです。
早朝便の飛行機で電車がなくてもタクシーすぐつかまるのでタクシーに困らなそうです。
料金はエンジェルホテルから釜山空港まで1600ウェンくらい。
タクシー呼んでホテル迎車までは10分弱。
朝早かったからかわかりませんがスムーズに行けたので乗車時間は15分位。
乗車4人でも荷物が多いと4人乗りのタクシーは乗り切れないので大きなタクシーを呼んでいただけますが、前日まで？の予約制だそうで使用したい場合は早めに依頼しておくのがよろしいかと思われます。
私は4人で行って荷物多くて大きなタクシーが予約制だと知らず、当日の朝タクシー2台呼んでいただきましたが大きなタクシー1台より普通のタクシー2台分のが安いそう。（エンジェルホテルから釜山空港まで）
日本に10年以上暮らしていた経験のあるスタッフさんが複数人おりましたので、困りごとありましたら相談してもわかりやすく説明していただけると思われます。

房間燈光昏暗，優點是位於西面鬧區，但離地鐵站還是有一段路，對面有超商，前台可以借轉接頭，入住或退房時都可以先寄放行李！

Daily cleaning, nice lobby and great fresh coffee (free), friendly staff, kettle and plenty of toiletries. Slight down side is that the whole bathroom floor is very slippery as the shower water has to travel across the floor to reach the drain.

西面界隈で駅近立地も良いです。
観光の拠点にするには最高の場所です。スタッフはみなさん日本語が堪能なので安心です。
チキンのデリバリーなどにも対応して頂けます。
お部屋は設備が古いですが室内はきちんと清掃してあり、寝るだけなら問題ありません。
立地と価格ではコスパかなり良しです。
