This time I took my family on a free trip and stayed in this hotel. The MRT station is right in front of the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. The room is very new and there is an LG dry cleaning machine. I am really kind to the guests and the staff at the front desk were also very kind and listened to me. He speaks good English and is always available to help, which is great! I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Busan!
