주변 놀러 왔다가 가격대비 뷰랑 위치 괜찮아서 예약했는데

궁금한 거 있어서 문의했는데 차갑게 답하시고 대응이 너무 안좋았습니다. 방에 들어갔는데 좀 이상한 냄새같은것도 나고 창문도 좀 더럽고 환기도 잘 안됐어요…; 숙소를 제일 기대했는데 너무 아쉽네요. 바닥도 자꾸 뭐가 밟히고 먼지가 많았어요… 유일하게 뷰만 조금 좋긴 합니다
