A family of three checked in at night, and the concierge on the first floor didn't even take the suitcase, with a cold face. The room was poorly soundproofed, and the loud noises from the next room continued until 2:30 in the middle of the night. I called and complained to the front desk twice, but there was no improvement, no offer to change the room, and they just said so sorry. The hotel does not have disposable toothbrushes.

오션뷰로 예약을 하였기에 뷰맛집이었습니다. 침대도 혼자서 자기에는 널찍한 것으로 두개가 있어 참 좋았답니다. 그런데 미로찾기를 하는 것처럼 오시리아 산책로까지 내려가면서 많이 헤맸고 난방 온도를 좀더 따뜻하게 해줬으면 좋을 것 같았답니다.

2년전 남해 아난티를 가족 여름휴가로 보낸적이 있는데 여기도 좋았지만
부산이 모든면에서 더 만족 스러웠어요.
