The location is good. It is close to the subway station and bus station. There are many restaurants downstairs. The TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch. The room hygiene needs to be improved. The toilet does not have dry and wet separation.

Great location near Jagalchi Market and the International Market. Close to Gamcheon culture village, Busan tower, Lotte mart, Daiso, and so on. The staff who checked me in was kind. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was strong.

The location was good, but the room was too dirty.
There was a lot of hair at the entrance and a mysterious white powder on the tongue of the bed.
To top it off, the cleaning staff came in even though I hadn't checked out yet. I will never stay here again.

The location was good because it was inside BIFF Square. However, there was a PC room on the 5th floor right below our accommodation, so I couldn't sleep all night because of the sound of mouse clicking and cursing. When I told the desk that it was too noisy, they said that it was only customers who were noisy and that it was their first time. They got annoyed and said that they knew because they didn't want to ruin the mood, so they just came and it was the first time they did something like this because of the accommodation. The bathroom was also dirty and water was dripping from the air conditioner;;; It was really not that great.

The room was clean and spacious. It was close to downtown, but there was no outside noise. However, there was a beep every time the lights or air conditioner were turned on and off, and the beeps from the next room were also audible. The noise from conversations and door openings was about the same as other business hotels, so it's recommended for those who don't mind.
